Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling made within less than 24 hours will incur the full session fee. 2. Payments Payments for sessions must be completed before the session begins. Packages must be paid in full at the start, and all packages are non-refundable once purchased. Sessions and packages are non-transferable. 3. Session Expiration Purchased packages have an expiration date based on the selected package: Single Sessions: Valid for 1 month from the purchase date. 5-Session Packages: Valid for 3 months from the purchase date. 10-Session Packages: Valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Unused sessions after the expiration date will not be refunded or carried over. 4. Late Arrivals If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other bookings. If the trainer is late, the client will receive the full duration of the session or have the time compensated in a future session. 5. Health & Safety Clients must inform the trainer of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to starting any session. The trainer reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if the client’s health condition poses a risk. Clients are required to warm up before each session and must follow the trainer's guidance to avoid injuries. 6. Liability The client understands that personal training involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. The trainer is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained in the course of the session unless due to gross negligence on the trainer's part. 7. Privacy Policy Client information is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required. The trainer may take photos or videos for progress tracking or marketing, but only with the client’s consent.
